2008 with correct rod bearings and clutch replaced, new plugs and coil packs, and only Redline 5w50 engine oil used. No warning lights, no codes, and the engine does NOT consume oil that is typical for these motors. Very smooth and tight engine, trans, driveline. Every option offered including auto-close doors, heads-up display, active bolster seats, automatic rear shade, front seats heated and cooled, Alcantara headliner, and Logic 7 theatre sound. Meisterschaft titanium full exhaust with remote controlled open/close (quiet) valve. Gintani updated tune with reprogrammed Vanos and without rev limiter increase. H&R springs lowered car almost 3/4”. Paint is ceramic coated and gorgeous sans the front bumper which has a gouge on passenger lower lip (from parking curb) and has typical highway chips. The bumper would need a repair and re-spray to make the car perfect. Windshield has a stone chip on driver’s side which has been filled and sealed by auto glass company. Tires are 90%. Everything works on this car. It is garage kept and I occasionally drive it to/from work. You won’t find a more mechanically sound E60 M5. I am the 3rd owner and the majority of the miles came from the 2nd owner who is a salesman whose territory was all over California. This car has the LCI update which BMW started on M5s in 2008.
